- $GYMBRO GymBro Store — An e-commerce store for gym merchandise and supplements
- City Agent Programme — A referral and commission programme for community members

5. DAN AI CREDITS & PAYMENTS
Access to Dan AI beyond the free trial requires the purchase of $GYMBRO tokens. The following terms apply:
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased
- Credit balances do not expire but are non-transferable
- $GYMBRO reserves the right to modify credit pricing with reasonable notice
- Cashout requests are subject to a minimum balance of 50,000 $GYMBRO tokens
- Monthly cashout is capped at 25% of your total token balance
- $GYMBRO reserves the right to suspend accounts found to be abusing the system
6. CITY AGENT PROGRAMME
City Agents earn commissions by referring new users to the Dan AI platform. The following terms apply:
- Standard referral commission applies to the first topup of a referred user only
- Agent tier commission applies to every topup made by a referred user
- Agent status is granted at the sole discretion of $GYMBRO administration
- Agent status may be revoked for breach of these terms or community guidelines
- Commissions are paid in $GYMBRO tokens at the prevailing rate
- $GYMBRO reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice
7. $GYMBRO STORE
When purchasing from the $GYMBRO GymBro Store, the following terms apply:
- All sales are final unless the product is defective or not as described
- Crypto payments are non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain
- Fiat payments via PayPal are subject to PayPal's buyer protection policy
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
- $GYMBRO is not responsible for delays caused by third-party fulfilment partners
- The 15% discount for $GYMBRO token payments is subject to change
8. STAKING
By using the $GYMBRO staking portal, you acknowledge that:
- Staking rewards are variable and not guaranteed

- Attempting to manipulate, hack or exploit any $GYMBRO smart contract or platform
- Creating fake accounts or referral fraud
- Spreading false information about $GYMBRO or its team
- Using bots or automated systems to abuse the Dan AI credit system
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, $GYMBRO and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or personal injury resulting from fitness advice.
